New Everton manager Roberto Martinez got his side fighting fit for their pre-season tour of Austria by taking them for a bike ride.
Martinez led his troops around Laa an der Thaya, a small town by the Czech border as part of their training session.
The squad seemed in good spirits as Phil Jagielka, Steven Naismith and Darron Gibson were the fastest to cycle around the route.

With Barcelona starlet Gerard Deulofeu's loan move to Goodison Park confirmed, Martinez's next task will be to keep hold of his star players.
Leighton Baines has emerged as a top target for Manchester United, with David Moyes hoping to reunite with the left-back he managed at Everton.
United have already had a £12million bid rejected but are expected to return with a £15million offer plus add-ons.
The England left-back trained with the squad and could play a part in the Toffees' first pre-season friendly against Austrian champions Austria Vienna on Sunday.

Martinez's new signing from Wigan, goalkeeper Joel Robles, one of three former Latics to follow the Spaniard to Goodison Park along with striker Arouna Kone and Antolin Alcaraz, trained with his teammates.
After Sunday's match, Everton then embark on two fixtures closer to home as they have a Lancashire double header going to League Two Accrington Stanley managed by former Goodison striker James Beattie on Wednesday, July 17 (7.45pm) and Championship Blackburn Rovers on Saturday, July 27 (2pm) before jetting out to the USA.
Everton have already announced their participation in The Guinness International Champions Cup in the USA, starting against Juventus on Wednesday, July 31, with Real Madrid or LA Galaxy awaiting the winners. An Everton XI is also pencilled in to face Blue Square Premier side Southport on Saturday, August 3.
